Suggestion

If you admins feel like adding a little to the top message, you could include the fact that India has more speakers of English than any other country except USA. I saw an estimate of 400 million somewhere, but 125 million is still impressive. -- Robin Patterson (Talk) 12:50, April 29, 2017 (UTC)

Actually the data Wikipedia showing is much older its from 2001 census, so i'll try to find new data on this matter if i get some reliable info then i'll add this.
